USA STATE SALES TAXES

Yes, Sewin Hair charges sales tax to these states : Wisconsin, Washington, Virginia, Utah, Texas, Pennsylvania, North Carolina, Nevada, Nebraska, Michigan, Maryland, Louisiana, Kentucky, Kansas, Indiana, Illinois, Georgia, Colorado, California, Arkansas, and New York.

It is done because the government has said so. The tax collected goes straight away to the state government and Sewin Hair is nowhere benefited from it.

INTERNATIONAL TAXES AND DUTIES 

Your order will be shipped from our warehouse which means that these fees are not included in the price of your purchase mentioned on the website. There are various duties fees and import taxes which you may incur upon delivery. The charge will be determined by your local customs authority and have to be paid to your local carrier or government in order to receive your order. These fees and duties are not collected by Sewin Hair.

WRONGLY ENTERED ADDRESS

The buyer has the responsibility to make sure that he or she has entered the correct shipping address. If you decide that you have to change your shipping address or cancel your order, try contacting us through our contact us page as soon as you place your order. We will try our best to make that change but we cannot guarantee it as there exists a certain time limit in which we are able to do so. 

If it’s too late for our team to cancel your order then you can return your order to us as soon as you receive it. If it correctly gets returned back to us then we can ship it to the correct address or provide you with a full refund.  

SHOWS DELIVERED BUT NOT DELIVERED

All our shipments are equipped with tracking with delivery confirmation. If it is confirmed by the tracking information that your order has been delivered but you still have not received it then you should contact couriers at numbers in order to investigate this issue.

We shouldn’t be held accountable for packages where the tracking information is stating that the package has been delivered to your order address. 

MILITARY MAIL

We do ship to military addresses as well. All mail is shipped via USPS to a military base and then it’s their responsibility to ship the package to your final destination. It might take 15-20 days for delivering military orders.
